DRONES AND ROBO-GUNS

Drones are remote-controlled platforms for weapons or equipment.
Robo-guns are automatic weapons which fire when sensors detect motion in a set arc.

Drones can be on wheels, tracked, on legs or fly.
Robo-guns can be fixed or moveable. Usually on a tripod.

DRONES
These are made from card and matchsticks and foam-board inspired by Skinflint Games HERE.

Foam board body. Legs glued into underside.

Legs made from card. Scored and folded. Two different types of foot.
Two drone platforms. Coated in PVA. Sensors added.  Need painting and weapons mounted.
How many legs ? I felt four is vulnerable 9 was too many . 7 instead of 9 was initially attractive but I settled for an insectoid 6, after a struggle.

These were finished as one each of a Flamethrower-Drone and a HEMG-Drone.

White bulbs are sensor heads

HEMG-Drone with handler: When door opens all hell breaks loose!

Flamethrower-drone with handler : Harpy soon to be an ex-Harpy
